    You might have been running lean and cooked it. Retest with some oil in the cylinders....something is wonky here.

    Next time add your special concoction to the spark plug holes, soak it for a week, remove head and lightly tap the pistons. If it moves, re-assemble and enjoy the glory. Done it many times.
