    There is no need to remove any pully to replace a belt. If you have the correct size belt it goes on with no issues.     Ther are clogged after a season. I fill the block and manifolds with AF but even with standard plugs you will find the drains clogged. Sand, silt, rust you name it, Best option is to remove the plugs and probe to insure it drains

    Their standard plumbing fitting soldered together ,the drain plug button is soldered to the bottom and uses a 1/8 pipe plug. The manifold with the hoses can be replaced with copper tubing or left in place and the hoses just looped or the ends capped

    a bellows leak lets water into the boat from the bellows , a transom leak is something very different, there is an inner and outer housing bolted together with a gasket to form a seal.

    once you remove the plug a wire/nail/screw is easily inserted to clear the drain Typically the block is 1/4 inch pipe and the manifold is 1/8 inch pipe plugs
