    the very least you can do is unturn the idle screw and count the turns remove the screw needle and blast some carb cleaner with a straw . reinstall the idle needle back in with the same turn count. then on the bottom bolt #12 remove it and blast some carb cleaner in the orifice...

    carb gets fuel it seems ....plugs are firing...it seems ..when was the carb serviced last ? ... doesn't take much to suddenly plug up the jets , orifices , idle needle . try feeding the fuel mix directly into the carb face with a spray bottle and see if you get a reaction.

    To answer that question notice how the bolts are inside the "spaghetti zone) and are potential "leak contributors" if not sealed properly. The manual is specific in regards to this and sealant must be applied to threads . A small dab of sealant under the screw heads ensures a 100 % seal...

    never done a pressure test have you ?? GC leaks at shift shafts. drive shafts prop shaft seals and anywhere on the mating service of the spaghetti seal fyi...

    if only one screw is leaking ....try easy stuff first... teflon tape on the threads and some sealant under the screw head Let the sealnt dry then pressure test at 10psi with soappy water jmho

    could be just emulsified.... has suggested let it settle in a clear jar a few days . water will be at the bottom. when you refilled did you use new washers and torqued it to specs

    I'll let the expert chime in... SLOW or SAFE mode is the result of a CPU controlled engine decision ... you may have blink codes flashing ? do u have manual ???

    tell tale tells you the water pump is working getting hot above 140-150 means circulation around cyl water jackets is poor. if thermostat is ok then water flow is impeded somewhere by crud, old impeller fins stuck in the ph, salt ? etc.... you can always pull the cyl head and check...
