    You can. Use plastic pads vs carpet. But the bunks themselves need to be lumber Cypress is really good. Never use pressure treated with aluminum boats

    Depends on the slide bolt. Some are a set screw with a locking nut. Some are just a set screw Some do not have a friction screw

    Did you pre-fill the fuel filter? Cranking about 10 seconds would do it if you pre-filled the filter If not. Crank for 20 seconds, rest for a minute. Repeat as needed.

    dash gauges may have a separate fuse than the rest of the ignition. all the gauge power and grounds are daisy-chained together. check for good voltage on the gauge power (should be purple) check for good ground on the gauges (should be black) loss of ground would have the gauges reading...

    if there is a selector switch on the tack for 4, 6, 8, etc. note where the switch is , and move it back and forth cleaning the contacts. this works some of the time to fix a flaky tack

    guys, dirt in the tank wont clean up if you add more fuel, then repeat at half tank. a hole in the pickup tube will.
