    also when you read the stuff on testing I am sure it mentioned peak voltages, read with a special meter for these systems, or a regular meter with a DVA adapter so you can compare to the minimum specs

    If that 50 is like my 40, one temp switch tells the CDI the motor has warmed up after a cold start and the other tells the CDI the motor is overheated. need to make sure you are grounding the proper one

    have you checked compression to make sure the cylinders are sealing well? I have no clue how an intake valve could get bent, except hitting the piston or some other hard object. are you sure the timing is all set up properly

    use your sails instead of the motor. looks like a really bad design. most of the exhaust should go out the prop hub unless it is just idling or you have a bad gasket
