    yes the oil level switch in the main tank has more than one set of contacts, that send signals to the oil control module. looking at wiring does not mean it is good, need to be testing it your service manual has a lot of information in it. good to have if you are going to work on it yourself

    the switch should turn on the oil pump and fill the tank before the level gets very low, then it sends another signal and sets the alarm. You need to be testing to see if the switch, wiring, or maybe wiring is a problem

    yes low / weak battery can have an effect. not closing the relay as hard maybe not getting the burnt contacts together as good which causes more arcing burning of the contact surfaces

    contacts inside the T&T relay/solenoid do fail to make contact sometimes. see if both the + and - are going thru to the motor when it does not do anything

    I would think the same place you found the specs/info on the charge coil and pulser coils would have the info for the CDI outputs Service manual

    only when the motor will not start due to the carb/prime start system will not get it going should you move the red lever to the open position. once motor starts you should move the red lever to the closed position. once back to a safe place you should fix the motor properly an owner's manual...

    2007 50TLR would have a prime start system that you do not need to do anything but turn the key to start the motor cold or warm. the red lever needs to be set to the normal auto position for it to work properly (Full CC)

    should be dc from what I remember there is a cap, diode, and resister in there but if that does not read properly it would not hurt to take a reading on AC just in case
