    Random no crank on 5.0

Moving the Bat switch should have no effect on starting unless there is a bad connection, but a bad connection normally causes the starter to click or something else. Might be the key switch, neutral safety switch, slave relay or bad connection between key and starter solenoid

8.1Gi milky oil and making oil

It's not the oil cooler. The oil pressure is higher then the water pressure, and if cooler had a crack the oil would be leaking out and into the water. Oil level would drop I would think head gasket. Pull the plugs and see which one(s) look steamed cleaned

    1994 Astro S-18FS (won't start)

No that's the neutral safety switch and it's not your problem Sounds like you may not have a kill switch. The kill switch gets a tether (lanyard) attached to it and other end is attached to the driver. If the drive falls overboard it pulls cord and kills the motor

The tether is the kill switch or man overboard kill switch

    Bravo 3 Shifting Issue

Howdy and welcome aboard The bravo is not done like a Alpha. Alpha's have to be put in foward when installed, bravo is removed and installed in neutral. There is also a latch on the drive side that is latched in place on the shift cable just before the drive fully makes contact with bell housing
