    first, why does it need a repower? stored in salt? lack of maintenence? the 3-point drain system (aka block buster) failed? you will probably need to spring for upholstery, resealing the port windows on the head, swap out the steering cable and control cables along with your repower.

    I have had multiple freeze cracked batteries over the decades. Cleaned up a few from the workbench at dads place back in 2019. I wouldn't trust a discharged battery to not freeze

    youre supposed to spin the motor about 5 times for each cylinder when taking readings I would go back and redo the leak down test as well. you are still down from spec, however better. I suggest testing your gauge. additionally, the carb is still suspect. especially with your comment in post 82
