    Measure the hatch glass, see your local plastic manufacturer, make a copy, spend a weekend rebuilding the hatch. Will cost you about $100 Or look on sites like great lakes skipper You can also Google hatch repair glass

    Bolsters and horse collars are P80, center of cushion is P65 You need anti-microbial, or bacteria will cause pinking. If you have a lot of stitching or quilting you want 1-1/2" of dryfast under the 1-1/2 to 2" of foam

    Check the coupler. Have you been pulling the drive every year to check alignment?
