    Use a flywheel turning tool to hold it.-----Agreed , the key locates it for timing.----The locking taper drives the flywheel.----Assemble clean and dry.

    It has been that way for about 100 years.----Only some of the newer 4 strokes are using air filters I believe.

    You need 4 things for the motor to run.----Fuel-- , Compression, ---Crankcase compression----Spark at the right time.-----So inspect the bottom carburetor.---Check reed valves for #3 cylinder.----Look for holes in crankcase of #3 cylinder.----You only have 2 of the 4 at the moment for #3...

    Not the same set up as what you might find on a 25 HP -----Try another prop.----Post the results.

    I think the 91 ignition / flywheel will fit on the 93 model.----Intake from 91 will fit on the 93 block.----Look carefully in the parts book

    This needs some careful study of the parts book.----The issue might be the shift linkage mounting.--And throttle control / cable mounting.-----Much of the actual blocks is the same with bigger bore / pistons in the 93 model

    A wise man would also look at the cylinders on the other motor.-----Order an extra head gasket is all it would take.----Don't forget new impellers and seal kits for the gearcases too !!

    The reverse coil has 4 threaded holes to hold the propshaft bearing carrier.----Do you have this apart now ??----Not much can go wrong with the electromagnet.----What trouble shooting have you done if any ???----Your location ?

    A 9X9 ----3 blade -----13 tooth spline----For NON through hub exhaust.----0763585----First # is for 9" diameter second # is for 9" pitch.----And on a 20' boat you might need a 7 or 8" pitch.

    The prop in the 4th picture is a " through the hub " and totally wrong for your motor.-----Where are you looking for a prop ??----This should not be difficult in my opinion.

    Lack of maintenance.----Many folks do not realize that most outboards require a new impeller about every 5 years.------Quality of the oil.-----Wrong pitch prop for the size of boat and load.-----Sorry , most folks think that if a motor starts , barks and roars that nothing can be wrong.

    Evinrude 25 - Part Missing

    That is a 1960 or 61 model.----Not much if anything will fit on a 1977 model 25 HP, some nuts & bolts maybe.
