    Is there power in the red wire at the key switch ... Yes or no If no, work your way back to the battery and find where you have power If yes, work your way along the purple wire until you don't have power

    It will not melt the foam. Resin by itself will simply crack. Resin needs cloth

    Power Steering cooler If your old impeller was missing bits, they may be plugging the PS cooler

    Start with the basics. Clean all the connections Use a volt meter to find where the voltage stops. Being a car mechanic that should have been your first thought

    Coils get to 150-180 degrees . To hot to touch, but their normal operating temp. Bolted to a motor in a car/truck they get over 200f

    Prybar. Then remove the rust by either: Soak in oxalic acid. Sandblasting
