    There are 7-10 different PRVs. Some are only 700psi, some are 2500 psi. The marine steering system is about 1100 psi. That is why you should reuse your PRV

    and your stock volvo manifolds dont have any brackets. the brackets mount to the engine fasteners holding the manifolds to the motor anything short of factory manifolds, you have to modify the brackets

    just google saginaw canned ham pump rebuild its the worlds most used power steering pump used on GM, Ford, Jag, rolls royce, some mercedes, some BWM, tractors, industrial equipment, etc. only thing marine is its installed in a boat. make sure to re-use the PRV that is currently in the pump.

    You need to drain the motor and manifold as well as the J hose. Empty = winterized If you want to add -100 AF (nothing rated less), then you can buy using a funnel at the thermostat housing and filling the block and head and the manifold Filling with AF is not needed if you fully drained
