    I keep my tow bar in the truck at all times. so it has a locking hitch pin. Stainless Reese or Master unit (dont remember) I keep a trailer lock pin (came with the hitch pin) in the truck. use it on occasion along with a trailer ball lock when I drop the trailer.

    a one-wire alternator does not have a reference voltage back to the battery if going thru the diode in an isolator. there is a 0.7-0.9 volt drop across the big diodes in the isolator. so while the alternator sees output of 13.9-14.4 volts and shuts down (wherever the regulator threshold is)...

    to water proof, you cant beat rolling on gel, then tossing non-skid in the last coat the issue with the rubberized coating is it doesnt waterproof and it comes off

    No such thing. these parts are GM parts that Mercruiser buys that came on the engine from the GM Tonawanda engine plant. yes, the manifolds run cooler until the engine is loaded. go for a 10 minute run at WOT and your manifolds will be about 160F

    4 plugs total. One on each side of the block. One on each manifold as stated You remove the hose to drain the raw water from the PS cooler yo keep it from freezing and bursting

    Remove the plugs from the sides of the block and the manifold. 4 total Poke and prod the openings to clear debris Remove the PS hose and the large J hose and drain

    a 200# boat, 55# motor, 40# of fuel (5 gallon can) and a 300# trailer your fine..... go boating. I would launch it with the riding mower
