    Not that I want you to replace parts without knowing, but the highest failure part on the motor is the water pressure sensor. That said, if the impeller has not been changed, this to could be causing the issue

    Guessing The carb float got stuck or antisiphon valve got stuck Electric fuel pumps don't suck very well, so if there was a slight restriction it may have been starving for fuel until it got free

    Connecting A to B would be a dead short Connect A to C - turns power on Jump A to N - cranks motor

    Its on the inside of the boat on the transom assembly. Behind the motor, above the drive shaft and starboard side and below the drive hose fitting. In most cases its hard to see and some just have to feel for it

    Need to see what the choke is doing. Is it full open or still closed a bit I would like to have a fuel pressure gauge between pump and carb When carb idle is adjusted is the linkage disconnected? Then when linkage is reconnected, is it adjusted to apply a slight pressure to keep carb closed?

    Did some reading and found a guy that said he used a concrete bit an it work. I tried it and it does work, drilled right though. Need a larger bit to complete but just go slow and don't let bit get to hot

    Rust on spark plugs may also mean rust on cylinder walls. If rust on the walls, tat would cause slow cranking Google CPS, there are vids

    I doubt the old one is bad. The new one has new seals and fit tighter on the shaft. After 100 hours or so it will spin easy also

    No expert with VV, but it does need to connect on the CAN Bus of the motor. Being a 2008 (no serial number provided) it has a good possibility of being a 555 ECM. If so then would need to get and connect cabling to make it usable. Might be easier to get Techmate Pro from Rinda. A scanner is...

    Don't remember when I drilled out the hole on the end of the hitch pin, but its been a lot of years. Drilled it out so I could put a master key lock thru the hole. New truck has a class V receiver and my old class IV pin is a tad short. Bought a class V pin, looks the same (zinc plated)...
