    Leak down isn't that important Removing the intake and look at the gasket closely to see if there area areas that have no sealed Sounds like injectors might be flooding

    Swapped ECM, and replaced or swapped everything else. Compression test good, leak down test good Its not the harness, so its the injectors or there is a vacuum leak. Might be from under the intake

    Check your ground cable, both ends. There should be a voltage drop when the starter is energized. Its a bad connection somewhere

    I smell BS or the explanation is in error The yellow/red energizes the slave relay and then sends power down to the starter. If this was a bad connection the starter would not energizes all the time, and at no time when it did not energize would the starter engage and just spin.
