    If its really stuck, and only iff its really stuck. just use a vice-grip on the plug and a vice-grip on the hose end hex. when tightening, NPT is only 2-flats past finger tight

    I would throw that filter away as you should have the fuel/water filter upstream. however the hollow conical part goes against the incoming stream of fuel, the spring holds it against the fitting.

    the anti-siphon valve are the fittings you connect the hoses to. they are the barbed fittings screwed into the fuel pickup.

    Fuel vent is next to the fuel fill. Anti siphon valve is the fitting the hose is connected to on the fuel tank pickup
