Perhaps a 1992 model.----No----It is a recirculation line !----Best to look up how a 2 stroke motor works.----Perhaps look at motor parts details found online.----In my opinion this is not really a MERCURY motor.-----It is made offshore and rebranded as a Mercury.----Other companies market this...
Carburetor / fuel issues usually turn out to be something else.---Not a compression issue.-----Pull the flywheel.----If the 2 coils are original it needs a new set.----If coils have been replaced ( most have been ) you might clean and set the breaker pointes.
Proper spark testing does not use the sparkplugs laying on the block !---Swap coils.----If no change it is a bad coil.----If bad spark goes to the top., you might invest in a new powerpack.
How many hours on the motor ?-----What trouble shooting has been done if any.----Running with an on board tank ?-----Boat kept in a wet slip ?----Using a water separating filter ?----Seems odd to need new fuel injectors.
Most shipping goes by truck / ferry to this Island / Rock and that adds to the cost.----Shipped a part to that Rock a while ago and party had no issues with cost of shipping.
