    the floor is the last thing on a fiberglass boat to rot. Rot usually starts near the drain plug and migrates up and out. as the flotation foam gets saturated, that is when the floor rots. unless you like doing fiberglass repair, I would look for a different boat.

    when you pulled the old impeller from the back of the drive, did you find all the blade pieces that were missing? on a Cobra drive, replacing the impeller is a very quick job.
