    The engine must respond to the low speed mixture adjustment !!-----So take bottom carburetor apart.-----Do not run motor again.-----A plugged carburetor means a blockage can starve 2 cylinders of oil !

    On more than one occasion you have stated that motor runs and has spark on all 3 leads ???----Orderly trouble shooting must be a secret.

    The primer solenoid has nothing to do with it.-----Clean carburetors and check float and float valve.

    Heat the housing.---Bearing falls out.----Replace seals.-----Press the bearing back in.

    Water must be 6 to 8" above the pump in your test bucket.

    Depends on whether you do your own service work.----Sometimes parts / used parts are easier to find for Evinrude.-----Number of hours on the motor / condition also mean a lot.

    They often jump into forward gear.----Spring loaded clutch dog.-----Put gear shift lever in forward and assemble.----Or neutral and neutral.

    2 bolts to mount it or 3 bolts.----Makes no difference in the way the pump works.----It is all the same.

    My boat is hard to start after being ran at higher rpms for 10-15 minutes and being shut off.

    There is no automatic choke.----Best to learn how the electric primer works and what it does !
