    correct, however most E10 pumps have lots of water in them. adding water to the E10 causes lean sneezes and other issues and results in a crappy burn

    use a piston stop and a degree wheel to verify TDC. your outer ring on the damper may have moved. over 10 degrees is too much fix your carb issue. its not clean and its not adjusted right. the bog is proof.

    depending on fuel, anywhere between 8 degrees and 14 degrees. 8 degrees if you have crappy fuel and buy the cheep stuff (87 octane with 10% ethanol) 10 degrees if you have OK fuel and buy the stuff from the fuel dock (89 octane with 0% ethanol) 12 degrees if you have good fuel and buy 91 octane...
