    well..... no turning back now.... the point of surgury the first hole....... used an 1-1/4" hole saw for the first side...... that way I can move the hole up/down/fwd/aft as needed. some of the flotation foam will need to be removed as the hole is centered on the top edge of the foam...

    bit of progress prior to family showing up. cut access holes to the in-floor drain hoses of the cooler. should have done this in 2012 pried up the last of the old wood that was keeping the tank in place. after 30 years, the wood is just brittle going to replace with delrin strips...
