    have been searching threads, and can only find one where the op was going to try it and post back, but the thread ended there. my 58 rude 10 hp has pitting on the points cam, so im considering switching over? anyone have any experiences....good or bad going this route? :confused:

    Re: Stumped with 18hp Evinrude heres what the packing washers look like, i prefer to use three on each needle. make sure to carefully remove ALL the old packing ! be sure to snug down the packing nuts after a few runs as they tend to loosen up a bit.

    can anyone confirm omc part number 0439071 is the correct kit with float and has not been superceded? ( seeing three different part #'s.....two omc with float but different prices, and one sierra without float) :confused:

    well, now that the cup has been awarded, the next thing to do for hockey fans is to watch the draft.....who goes first overall ? are the Avs blowing smoke saying they are passing on Jones? and will my home team have two skaters go in the top five.....and produce the number one goalie?? :happy:

    Re: 1958 Johnson 7.5 hp conversion heres a couple of pics of some of the odds n ends you will need. you can see the bracket mounted on the cowl of my 7.5 with the cable clip for the shifter side, and the clip on the evinrude for the throttle cable.

    ok, heres my issue, and its new to me and this laptop. when watching a youtube vid, the video loads up and plays without buffering , but the sound stutters and gets out of sync with the vid? is there any setting i can change to cure it? thanks in advance

    not sure where i sit on this one, but hockey canada has made the rule that there is to be no body checking until the age of 13. rule takes effect immediately.

    when i open my private messages, they are in a conversation " bubble".....more like a rectangle, tiled one over the other, and the text is vertical with no spacing between words? once i scroll down forever to the bottom of the page, the pm's are there, and normal? is this an issue on my end?

    Re: CD11 Need advice not sure if these pistons are worth using or not, but there they are. the piston on the right had broken rings ( probably my bad, as i didnt give it much soak time). pics are both intake and exhaust side. hopefully others will chime in and give opinions on their condition.
