    electric trim

    on a recent trip out, i pulled up my outboard so i could beach. after about a half hour i noticed that the outboard kept going down again. im wondering if the trim motor? leaks? or frankly how my trim even works. does it require fluid? 96 glastron gs 160 115 evinrude. thanks for any help.

    transom

    was working on the steering cable last night, and looked at the bottom of the transom, right where it would start to go under the boat. it has about a nickel size chip out of the top white coating, exposing clear material underneath. what would i use to replace that white coating?

    steering

    i have a teleflex rack and pinion steering set up, ive greased the back fittings on the motor itself. the boat turns very good to the right, but turning to the left takes 2 hands to get it moving. wondering where else/how i can oil it up. thanks
