    I ordered a CH Temp gauge today so I went to check if I could get the bung out of the cylinder head hole. It feels like nylon(?) and the corners just slip and round the corners of the bung. What is the trick to get this out, drill it?

    I used power steering hydraulic oil in the PTT reservoir. I noticed the ram weeps a bit of oil during retraction or extension.     spacer plate(?) water passage 120hp '91

    1.)It's the first I noticed this but is this little hole designed to flow back into the leg? The main impeller to engine orifice is to the right and below the small hole. 2.)Do I just put a bit of RTV gasket sealent around this when it comes to bolting back onto the leg? Paul

    I couldn't manage to get my hands on a thermostat spring for the 1991 120HP Force. There are two types. I think I needed the red spring. 1. What is the purpose of the spring? 2. Can I use any old spring that fits?

    Trim tilt upper and lower shaft bolts stuck hard
