    Had to messarge it in there but it works awesome.. lol 14.5 after a few minutes of run time.. 35amp don't take long to recharge all my batteries.. It hits the cowling a little but the fish don't care and niether do I.. it works.. got the belt from McMaster Car, 13.00 and the Alt. from ebay 35.00...

    Like to find a pivot /transom bracket with tilt/trim complete unit that I could hack in there.. is it a pain to separate the pivot from the main housing? Like to measure the pin and see if I can find something to fit.. if not I'll do something with it.. I can bore or make a bushing to make it...

    Mine doesn't have one... how can I get one?.. anyone ever change one out with a later model.... I got 100.00 in this motor and would like to get power tilt and trim for little to no money so if I can find a donor motor that I can swap out the transom mount or whatever.. that would be great...

    I leveled the stand , it's plumb... where the transom mount mounts on the 2x6 it's plumb.. you can see the angle of the output shaft next to the 4' level.. it just seems extreme to me is all.. If I were to put this on my 12 footer I would need to add weight to the front of the boat for sure...

    My question "is this trim normal that's as low as I can get it.." "That's as low as I can get it"... what does this mean?. well to me it means I have moved the pin to it's lowest hole or I have removed it, either way it implies that I know it's adjustable.. again "that's as low as I can get it"
