    replace the Force 50 with this 85, 120 118 115 for compression, runs good, tilt and trim work.. gonna clean the carbs, water pump thermostat, gear lube.. should be good to go.. paid 400 for it. found it right down the street.. .

    Why wont it run right?.. 1056 QD-17 10hp I cut up a extra flywheel I had to make a timing jig.. best thing I did.. I found my problem.. I also had wires rubbing, what a mess.. I shortened wires from the new coils, they were way to long with no place to put them.. I'll have it running today...

    motor is a QD17 1956 low end has a small seal 1-1/8OD so I take it the unit has been updated.. I should order a seal kit for 58 and up?
