What’s crazy is that I’ve used the boat a lot this summer without issue. 3 full tanks of gas no fuel issues.

VP 5.0GXI-GF Needs Idle Air Control?

BOAT- 2007 Larson Cabrio 240 ENGINE- Volvo Penta 5.0GXI-GF and has 555 ECM and HSV distributor Today my engine cut out very gracefully. I was putting along at about 10mph, and the engine just cut out. Before that, I was operating at faster speeds without issue. I am able to turn it over, but it...

Things like dash panels and dash trim it appears I will have to have made from blanks, but cabinet doors I’m thinking maybe I can find. Maybe… Image shows the piece I’m searching for...

    2 Forward bilge pumps?

Learn something new everyday. Now I know. I’m replacing tmrw. I see it’s an 800. Does it make sense to upgrade to a stronger pump? 1100gph?

    2 Forward bilge pumps?

Ue Yes 100%. Needs to be replaced. I was just saying it appears that all three things drain into that one area circled in pic. Cabin sink, bathroom sink and shower. They all go into that reservoir. When you said shower I thought only the shower. So I was asking if this is normal that all three...

    2 Forward bilge pumps?

Update* I was finally able to reach the transom hose to cap it off pressurize water system. That image of the pump on the right was filling up as the galley sink drained. Pump doesn’t work so then it overflows into the forward bilge and then pumps out. So it appears the sink is designed to...

2007 Larson cabrio 240 beeping and in limp mode

ok. I have a theory… I found a small pin hole in the hose going from heat exchanger to the engine. I think maybe the water pump. This is creating a small fine mist that is spraying at high rpm’s. Maybe the terminals got a little wet and it was causing the boat to think there was a voltage...
