    It was like this in April 2021 when I drained/filled it. Here is a video from when I drained the oil in April 2021. Now it might be a little better. I soaked the seals with ATP AT-205.

    Mostly a PH rebuild needs to be affordable. Most of the people on this forum are budget minded. Rebuilt Evinrudes, Johnsons ad Merc run $5000-$6000 with a warranty. So I try to stay well under that otherwise I would upgrade to a newer motor.

    Thank you everyone. Most of us don't have access to a dyno. So performance number are key to knowing how well our outboards are running. Of course there are so many factors that effect performance but so far it's very interesting what you guys have posted. Thx and hope we get more.
