I would use the same hand pump and hose system I use to change out the transmission fluid in my boat. Might take you a while but no spark and cheap enough at Walmart.
Lake just froze shut completely yesterday, if we get the 9" of snow that is predicted the ice will flood again. This will prevent the army of ice castles from deploying. This is a good thing.
