    Nav lights not working

If checking the fuse is the limit of your capabilities I'm curious how did you confirm the fuse is good? As the other guys suggested, get a test light or voltmeter and start checking at the switch. If you have more than one lite not working the fuse, switch and wiring are the only common factors.

Just Another Day on the Water

" In my defense the dealer installed the battery when the boat was new." Did the dealer install the battery 53 years ago? I agree with you about BoatUS. I fish 20 plus miles offshore and will not leave port without the tow service.

    AM/FM Radio Issue.

If the interference is being induced or back fed onto the power ckt or both devices are on the same ckt or they're physically close to one another an external antenna won't help. If the interference is being induced into the front end of the radio receiver, not likely, then an antenna which will...

    AM/FM Radio Issue.

You may have to have the radio or charger on it's separate 12v line. The charger block is inducing interference onto the 12v line, I'm guessing both items are on the same ckt.. Are you trying to listen to AM or FM? If AM good luck. What was the different device you used that didn't interfere...

    Bilge pump issue

IMG 9684 is either your bait pump or raw water wash down pump. It sits above the seacock which you press the lever until it's horizontal to shut off the water intake. Does your bilge pump have a float switch? If so you won't hear anything unless there's enough water in the bilge to raise the...

    Hydraulic steering hose leak

I don't know if my experience is the same as yours and hopefully others will chime in. When I had my boat re powered the tech had to used some kind of a vacuum to fill the steering system with fluid and remove the air. Not something I'd be able to DIY.
