    produces a square wave dc to mimic the ac sine wave the 4,3 on average is 175-200 hp , You will have to make new front motor mounts and/or stringers. Wiring should be plug and play at the harness side. Drive gear ratio should stay the same.

    Exactly how was it winterized? pull the sparkplugs, stick a thin clear hose in the plug holes and gently suck. Does water show up? If Yes, cracked block and or manifold. You say oil level is full, are you sure not overfilled?

    If you have the rubber hub ,its doubtful you can spin the prop. If you have the Flo-Torq hub that is plastic you would see if it was broken apart with the prop removed?
