    EST1 Open

Maybe, but could be there is a connection issue somewhere. Either a harness plug/receptacle, ground, or wire issue in the harness. Or, the ecm has failed internally. Not likely but possible At this point your best interest is to inspect connections (especially those related to ignition)...

    Mercruiser 233 Overheating--Out of Ideas

Yep, really. 20 months covering two seasons. Doesn't matter how many run hours you have, in fact many believe not using the product causes premature failure. Looking again at the recent pics it also appears no gasket sealer was used on the base gasket which is oem protocol. Nothing you have...

Alpha 1 Water Leak into Boat, from Exhaust Ports? (videos)

Probably have an exhaust leak and trim line manifold gasket leak Both easily fixable but the exhaust requires pulling the motor. At that point it'll be wise to repair the most likely rotten transom

Mercruiser 5.0 crankshaft front oil seal replacement

Most boats I've seen don't have near enough room in front of the engine to get a proper tool to successfully pull/install the seal. Being most likely a plastic timing cover I would be suspect of damaging the cover. Seeing as how it's highly recommended to replace it when it's removed I would...

Engine cooling water in tube bigger than gimbal housng tube

It's a bushing, looks much like one for the trim ram ends but isn't tapered. Really no need for the oem part, one could be fashioned easily with the right material. Just need to ensure the fit is sound so it stays in place

Engine cooling water in tube bigger than gimbal housng tube

The tube is oem/factory Some alphas had a bushing that makes up for the difference in ID between the hose and barb. OP needs to look for it in the bilge or elsewhere. Can't imagine it'd be obviously missed when the hose was removed
  19. D

Engine cooling water in tube bigger than gimbal housng tube

There's a bushing that goes on the through transom barb so the larger hose doesn't squeeze down to fit on the barb itself Newer alpha packages have a specific hose that has a smaller ID at the barb fitting
