    if you think a coil or coils overheat you can always cool them down real fast for a qwick test. Same for any suspected heat sensitive parts . Dollarstore keyboard spray cans held upside down will spray propellant that acts likea freeze spray. if the coils react to a fast cool down...

    do you or don't you feel a good suction on the carb face like on the bottom carb when the engine is turning. if you don't it will never suck fuel out of the carb....simple. no gas no explosions

    if you put your head in that barrel long enough you will die to.... ckoking does the same ...kills it drowns to engine and stop the inflow of air to mix with the fuel... and don't hight speed it in a barrel !! it is not going anywhere.

    sounds like fuel starvation ..tried an other tank/hose ? does it die if the tank is lifted above the motor ? if you hand pump does it die also ? any air leaks trying to suck gas. does itdie idling only or HS also ? venting OK ?

    does your key put out 12v (Yellow red ) on the S post when turned to START yes -no....? if yes key is good S post will have 12v as measured to ground if no key is bad... key S post will have NO 12v as meaured to ground replace key if key is confirmed GOOD .... the12v...

    very conventioanl carb ...idling requires fuel to up the side and into the top chamber under the dime size plug . the throtlle plate being closed at idle will allow crankcase vacum to suck the fuel up the side of the carb into the idle chamber and... into the crankcase the side...
