    I burnt up my impeller and housing last year running on the hose out at my cabin. At home the water pressure is better and no issues. You should check the impeller again.

    Always check the gap. Those or any plugs can fit several different engines. How does the factory know what you are putting them in?

    Sealant Around Center Console

    If the dealer does fix it, make sure they don't just lay another bead of caulk around the edges. The proper fix is to unbolt the unit, raise it up a couple inches and put the sealant under the flange. When they drop it back down clean up the excess squeeze out.

    Is the fender scratched up? Almost looks like it rubbed off the fender. But it should buff out.

    I install them dry, the grease from the O-ring can be mostly wiped off. Some say to use the bellows adhesive to glue the ring in. I don't as later cleanup is not as fun for me.
