    The TACO Boca seat is heavy. Easily 75#. It was targeted for weight reduction before I left. A 12' boat usually has max weight capacity of 400#. Put a 280# guy, a 75# seat some fishing gear and anchor and the motor must be left on the dock

    Ted, you have to ask yourself....... since the sensor used by Mercruiser looks remarkably the same as a GM oil pressure sender...... are the wetted components compatible with salt water? I have yet to find a sensor in the catalogs from BWD or SMC that is salt water compatible...
