    its water how was the motor winterized? buy cheap oil and change it, run for a few minutes and change again.

    Grind them a bit to clean gel. Mis up some fumed silica with some gel to make a paste and fair the surface flat. Same process as fixing spider cracks in gel that is in the stickies at top of this forum

    We're you in the water or on muffs to get the pump primed? We're you attempting to suck water up from a bucket? Did you lube the new impeller with a water soluble lube during assembly? Check the inlet and outlet hoses?
