    What trouble shooting did you do? If you have points style dizzy, you need to service the points Did you check for signs of water in the cylinders?

    reach up the front side of the inside gunwale panel and put a tool on the fastener to remove the nuts. or use a nut splitter. if you dont have access from the front of that panel, you will be removing the panel

    with stock exhaust, I would use the 24 degree module and no more than 10 degrees base timing. with elevated risers, or aftermarket exhaust such as Stainless Marine, etc. I would use the 22 degree module and 12-14 degrees of base timing. this is to control reversion at idle.
