    weigh the boat, compare the specs. could be water logged foam, could just be the fact the boat is light, and without people, up front, that is how it normally sits due to the weight of the engine and drive.

    Go under the dash, use a small 5amp batter charger to the red wire on the key switch, and the ground buss bar

    Your outboard would go into melt down. Just like small engines. You would have to build a custom fuel system. You have to burn 1.8x the E85 as you do E0 to get the same power. Not worth it
