    welcome to iboats. Ercoa and many other pontoon manufacturers would have gotten their trim from companies like TACO marine. some had the stuff extruded themselves. much of the rub-rail from the 80's is no longer made having been redesigned many times. time to start hitting the old catalogs.

    when you took the old impeller out, did you find all the missing pieces? did you replace just the impeller, or a whole pump kit? at idle, the hose from the transom shield should be shooting about 7-8" up in the air.

    you know those need to be located down in the room you intend to cool (not outside the room) and you only vent the hot air out. additionally, the condensate needs to drain, so you would be filling your bilge with water unless you only want it to run for 20 minutes. they also do not last long...
