    how long has the holley been sitting? was it run dry of gas? at a minimum, pick up a set of bowl gaskets and metering plate gaskets in case you have to dig into the carb.

    I believe the 350, 380, and 430 are in the same family. It is an LS based motor with CATS. I am not sure if it is the 6.0 or 6.2 not sure the difference between the DPS-B and the DPS B1 ratio is 2.32:1 (I looked at volvopentastore.com)

    Yes, you pull the motor and PDS housing as a unit alignment is easy. at the 3, 9, and 12oclock positions on the PDS housing there are little tabs that you measure between there and the transom shield. as long as those three gaps are within 1.5mm (0.060") of each other your aligned
