    Oneida has some humps and bumbs for sure. Most is marked. Sometimes the wind there can make the place absolutely miserable to fish.

    Have you tried permethrin? You apply to your clothes. It last for days. I’ve seen a marked reduction of ticks on me when I’m in the woods.

    From what I understand from reading a bow hunting forum I belong to is that alpha-gal severity can vary from person to person. Some deal with the red meat thing for a very short time others it hangs on forever. Sawyers permethrin is a great product to use on your clothing when going into the woods.

    Speaking of Raccoons. This guy was camped out in a tree next to one of my treestands. Lots of noise, a major highway is 150 yards behind me.

    Years back I would see a ferel cat in patch of woods where I had a treestand. It was a big one ,and had a gray gnarled looking coat. Nasty critter. I always knew when he was coming through because the grey squirrels would go nuts. No doubt he killed a few. Glad he never decided to climb my tree.

    Yes evening under heavy canopy. Date time and temp on bottom of those trail cam pics. The cam is facing east , if it were facing south or west I’d get better evening pics.
