Yes, Gen 1/2 SBCs and the 4.3 until the metric block had used the 7/16-20 flywheel bolts
The Metric block used M11x1.5 crank bolts like the Gen 3/4/5 SBC
The 9.8 metric stamp on the head points to the 4.3 90M metric block (1999 and later)
1991, the block was changed, 1- piece RMS crank, moved all the tooling to Mexico, consolidated designs of rotating assembly with other GM motors
The flywheel went from a 153 tooth to 168 tooth
So get a complete bobtail
What size is the bolt? M6? M8, M10? How long ( under the threads) 15mm? 20mm?
That will help point you in a direction.
Other than that, as posted above, it's one of 50 or so metric fasteners from the motor.
the flywheel, coupler and the flywheel housing assembly, exhaust, and most of the plumbing are specific to the manufacturer of the motor.
at that point, its cheaper to buy a longtail and swap everything over.

pull the side bolsters, make a 6" access hole , then a simple patch panel or a deck cover over the hole and replace the side bolster
or put speakers in the 6" hole
Rivnuts eventually just spin in fiberglass BTDT, have two rivnuts that require someone to reach up underneath with a vicegrip just so I can pull a bolster

The ford flywheel housing pattern is different than the Chevrolet. So.... No, not directly However the out drive bolts to the transom assembly. You would need to find a GM transom assembly for your OMC. At that point, it would be cheaper to replace all of the OMC stuff
When I worked in Largo Florida (just north of Pinellas Park), had a few co-workers use this shop down the street from the office. It helped that you had to drive past the micro brewery to get there.

Smile machines are a constant source of pressure. You need to use a shut off valve with a gauge on the engine side.
Pressurize, shut off valve, should hold 15psi.
If it doesn't hold pressure, then re-apply pressure and listen for leaks.
