New Bats and charger and all prior issues seam to not be an issue currently, will need to take out a few more tries to verify.
Started charging 3 older Bats with standard charger about 45 minutes at a time and let set for a day. After a few days all Bats appear to be holding around 12.95 or...
I doubt it.
The balance test has the pressure built to max then a pulse is sent to one injector. Readings are recorded after each pulse . Pulsing them by hand will not provide exact pulse width to compare
This should probably be part of your existing thread, same subject
I'm thinking you have 1 or 2 injectors leaking, and doing the injector balance test will identify which one(s).
Reason: the pressure stays at 42 psi with vacuum line disconnected
The fuel gauge might also be slightly off and...
I bought barrels from Southern Kentucky Distillery (SKD) 2 years ago. Waiting for them to get to at least 4 before selling. They currently make a 2 yr cherry Bourbon which is pretty good and has won some awards, but I don't think it's worth $60 each

Most manufactures once a model is no longer made won't make another. Either need to find one from another boat or take it to a local marine canvas shop and they can make one. You may be able to make one your self

Did it with a single engine cruiser, connected a 6 Gal portable to the motor and tank is above the deck secured to deck.
We did drain the tank and aired it out before using the portable tank
I'm wondering if the hubs are getting hot, normally the covers don't come off unless pulled off. Do you have a IR temp gun to measure temps.
Could drip a drop or two of water or spit on the hub after a run and before launching boat to see if it sizzles
Won't give myself credit for having them build the boat with Merc's, only they were not doing it at the time. When originally looking I found a few used ones in Canada with Merc power, but only Canada
I asked for wiring when I first bought the boat and only managed to get a resembled a stick...
Muc some of this you know I'm just repeating
Called Merc Tech support, Larry said it's no issue if one starts before the other. All motors leave factory as SB and City code and the cables normally causes SB to start first. If Manufacture changed things were Port starts first is no issue.
Note...
