    Manual 28 page 3A-57 and 3A-58 shows how to set clutch gears timing This is done prior to installing the drive shaft. The question is, does this need to be done again if only the drive shaft was removed? I would say yes because the clutch gears could move with the drive shaft going in/out...

    Check to see if it has trim limit spacers inside the cylinder Scratch that See if the cylinder rod is longer than the out. Run trim full out and compare lengths Also check for trim block

    Welcome Have a serial number of the motor? What is the fuel pressure? Does it use digital throttle system (DTS) or have a cable?
