Loud warning tone when at idle speed

that is not what you started out saying When I'm at idle speed, sometimes I get a loud warning tone. 20ft Sunchaser with 60hp Yamaha. Motor isn't overheating - I still have peeing and runs nomally at speed.

2001 Yamaha 50hp tlrz 2 stroke with prime start system starts and dies

Very disappointing that they could not pinpoint what the problem was. in those 30 minuets did they run it in gear with a load on the motor/prop? I would be trying it out a lot sooner to see if they actually fixed it.

Yamaha 130 v4 idle mix screws

that is news to me also. I believe the idle air jet and fuel jets are not adjustable. the screws allow you to adjust how much of that combination to let thru

Does this sound like a bad head gasket?

I am not sure which crankcase the fuel pump gets its pulses from, but as Raceron said check to see if it has leaking diaphragm

Yamaha 130 hp oil pump rod adjustment

MPH not showing on Gage OX66 motor

on my C40TLRX it comes out of the lower unit and runs up the front of the leg and over the T&T upper pin where it heads to the front of motor where it should be easy to see where it hooks into a small hose heading to the gauge wherever you have that mounted. if yours is something electrical...

MPH not showing on Gage OX66 motor

sounds like the hole in lower unit plugged up or you have a broken or plugged tubing leaving the motor heading to gauge. disconnect to tubing leaving the motor and blow into it with your mouth to see if the gauge responds do not use compressed air,it can be too much and mess up the gauge

2000 Yamaha 150 hp runs fine then sputters at dock.

if it did not run right after the work was done to it, you need to have them fix it right. if it ran fine at all PM after the carb work, but does not now, it means something got messed up . sounds like the pilot jet passages have a problem if it will not run at low RPM or one or more cylinders...

2000 Yamaha F100 four stroke oil alarm goes off at first and then goes away

a different prop or a small kicker motor for trolling might be the answer. do they make things you can drop over into water to slow down the trolling speed( kind of like a drift sock maybe)

    Yamaha 130hp fouling plugs

yamaha 4 stroke cold start problem

you need to check to make sure fuel can flow thru those passages, and figure out how 2 of them can put extra fuel into 4 cylinders. some passage is plugged up or someone put it back together wrong maybe. did those orings get replaced when the carbs were cleaned last year?

2000 Yamaha F100 four stroke oil alarm goes off at first and then goes away

I would try using the in spec oil , the 5W 30 is a thinner oil, so using the in spec oil could bring the pressure up some. but with all the oil changes to clean/flush out the debris out of the oil system, there could be a problem from all that was in there and the lack of proper oil...

2000 Yamaha F100 four stroke oil alarm goes off at first and then goes away

I would hook up the pressure gauge again and monitor what the pressure is when the alarm sounds. if the pressure is dropping down too low, you need to find out why since you have run this motor with the alarm in several times, there is a chance something was harmed due to no or not enough oil...

    DF140 vst

I can see him trying to see if the primer would still cause an over flow at lower pressures. but that would prove that my other post was not happening

    DF140 vst

you could always check fuel pressure to make sure it is not too high and overcoming the float/needle/seat
