    no one has a clue if your rail pressure is in spec and stays in spec when the motors will not increase RPM. I have no idea what that 1st pic is supposed to be of in post #9

    looks to me that hole is above the fuel bowl level, so fuel should not be that high. might check the float and needle and seat to see why it is over filling

    did they hook the motors to a laptop with the proper software to look at everything?

    see if you can find another head, or see if someone can patch it those other holes look like they may be there on purpose

    I am not familiar with that Suzuki, but would guess the lower unit may need to be opened up to get the shaft back into place

    Two wildly different compression readings, why? On in around 60 and on around 200?

    I would want to know if this motor is an interference motor, (if timing is off will the pistons hit the valves and bend / break things)

    sorry, just notice he said burnt fuel and oil, not unburned. so that burned fuel and oil comes out the exhaust

    2 people have given this motor away, so you need to take things apart to try and see where that water is coming form. maybe bad tube or grommet it sticks into, or a hole in some other part of motor

    does the rail pressure stay in spec? if so, send the injectors out for testing and cleaning
