    Building a fishing boat.

I see boats fairly often with factory headlights. That Allison had them.

Tools that younger people would not recognize.

I doubt it. The risk with power tools is more creating heat and seizing the not to the bolt. I remember doing some fake logs from the log ride at Indiana Beach. For some reason, the bolts for the wheel brackets just kept seizing. I think I even seized one without even using a power tool. This...

1990s spectrum restoration and tiller conversion

Ok, I can't recall doing one quite like that, but you'll almost definitely be cutting the cap off to pull the transom out. I don't know what to do if it extends out to the tall sides. @alldodge I really don't know much about the grades of plywood. Mostly just random bits. Like I don't know...

1990s spectrum restoration and tiller conversion

Post a closer pic of the top and sides of the transom. All I can see is the splashwell wall. Usually you cut the cap and raise the sides up, but it's been a while since I've done one, and I mostly remember lunds. Extra bracing surely couldn't hurt. Maybe add some around the seats too, so you...

    Boats from work.

Only if it's something we might get blamed for. Like if we take a light out and it doesn't work when we test it. Sometimes I'll find butt connectors that have come apart, away from where I cut or unplugged it. We'll fix it, because if we don't then people will still try to blame us for it...

I'm pretty sure they are one of the higher end ones. Not sure what you mean here.

    Boats from work.

I've been working on a Tige this week. A tree fell on the tower. It seems I didn't get a picture of the tower, but the bimini top is smashed in and there's a dent in the frame tube on the starboard side. I'm surprised it didn't bust the windshield.

You have to finesse it a bit. As long as they aren't very deep, you can go back later with 36 by hand and smooth the sharp points. Or do a light coat of resin putty over as you glass.

Wellcraft 210 Elite Restoration NEED HELP!!

Yes, keep grinding. I still see bits of wood, and white spots in the glass. White is either air or spots that weren't saturated very well. You also need to grind about 6 inches away from the transom all the way around. Smooth out those indents where the stringers were. Sometimes the glass is...

If the sealant has cures, don't turn the bolts any more. Twisting after it has cured could break the seal.

Wellcraft 210 Elite Restoration NEED HELP!!

There's no one correct way to do it. Some people use byply for everything, some use epoxy instead of polyester, there are different ways of thickening the resin, ply vs dimensional lumber for stuff... I can only give advice with the materials I've used before. If you decide to go with something...

    '77 Holiday Transom

No idea what mdo is. Honestly, even construction plywood would work, just not treated. Marine grade just uses different glue and chemicals and doesn't have so many air voids.

Yes. Bed them in putty and glass over. That's the finer cloth. This is the roving. https://www.fiberglasswarehouse.com/collections/roving/products/woven-roving-24-oz-x-50-wide I'm not sure, maybe 1/8 inch. Marine grade would be best, but you could get the construction ply as long as you don't...
