The way the wires are crumbling as I remove them, including the wires coming from the stator, I plan on rebuilding the whole harness - all wiring - every wire and connection.

I'll get a picture tomorrow, but I've got it out about 2 inches so far, and it's really corroded - black rusty crap. I'll leave it be for now, but I'll be watching marketplace for a good used replacement.

I'm reading the motor is actually only a little over 60hp at the prop. But yeah, I just took it off. It's a little light one. :) . It's on a 1978 15 foot Britton BeachCraft Trihull. . I think it being as light as it is - the whole motor being around 190, I think it'll be an advantage for me...

Okay, switching green wires around from a known good circuit/switch on the switchbox, I get spark with all three coils. And alternating the Violet, White, and Brown Trigger Wires, connecting them to a known good circuit/switch on the SwitchBox, I get spark with any of those three Trigger...
