As stated Merc offers no 2 strokes ..even the commercial end is now 4 stroke. Due to emissions regulations all Tohatsu and Mercury outboards are 4 stroke. If you was offered these they are old stock pre 2010

Trick question as no 2 strokes made new by Mercury since 2006..You might could find a rebadged Tohatsu Mercury if searched web good

Those are wrong carbs for a 115hp. Those are 1" carbs are off a 85hp or 150hp like I have on my toon.
