    Just to add to this, mine has a metal rod that connects to the impeller housing. Unfortunately, that has to come off to change the belt on mine. Just removing the hoses isn't enough. I have a gi-300-j.

    Hi all, I'm looking for an alternative to the OEN (Volvo Penta 3884950) for a gi-300-j. My understanding is that it is a 75amp, There are some Valeo models on Amazon, but a few reviews say it is not marine spec. Any suggestion?

    I have an 08 Cabrio 330 and can confirm that each motor draws from it's own tank. I have noticed that my stbo motor burns a wee bit more fuel then the port one though, so the gauges are never even. Apparently the gauges can't Soley be relied upon as well.

    Hey, I have an 08 Larson Cabrio 330 and the windlass is a Maxwell. My solonoid is mounted on the firewall in the engine compartment. If you have a fuse for it, you can trace the wires from there.

    Morning. The VP regulator (the one that was subject of the e-clip notice) is part number 3858967. Obviously overpriced. I believe it is a 4 bar unit, but can't find the specs. If it is 4 bar, I al looking at replacing it with a Bosch 0280160575. Anyone have any suggestions?
